Key Convert Contracts' Team Form

Use the Key Convert Contracts' Team form to change one or more team codes for contracts, phases, or tasks, throughout GovWin Capture Management.

Location

To display the form, complete the following step:

From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Conversions > Contracts' Team.

Contents

Field	Description
Contract	Click to search for and select the contract whose team you want to change. GovWin Capture Management displays the name of the contract, and inserts the current team for the contract, phase, or task in the Existing Team field.
Phase	If applicable, click to search for and select the phase whose team you want to change.
Task	If applicable, click to search for and select the task whoseteam you want to change.
Existing Team	Displays the existing team for the contract, phase, or task.
New Team	Click to search for and select the new team.
