Disable Phases/Tasks Form

Use the Disable Phases/Tasks form to disable tasks on a phase and phases on a contract.

Location

To display the form, complete the following step:

From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Conversions > Disable Phases/Tasks.

Field	Description
Contract	GovWin Capture Management populates this field with the contract number of the contract you select.
Phase	Click and select the phase from the contract's phase lookup If the contract has some phases with tasks and some without, you must separate them into two processing runs. You cannot mix their rows in the same grid.
Name	GovWin Capture Management populates this field with the name of the contract.
Lookup/Insert	Click this option to insert a new grid row and open the Contract Lookup.
Insert	Click this option to insert a new grid row.
Delete	Click the row to delete, then click this option to delete the selected grid row.
