Eliminate Problem Web Sites

Web sites that take over the GovWin Capture Management browser can throw you out of GovWin Capture Management. If you place one of these Web dashparts on your Dashboard, you can get kicked out of GovWin Capture Management every time that you try to log in.

The solution to this problem is to relaunch GovWin Capture Management without loading the startup application and then eliminate the problem dashpart.

To eliminate a problem web site, complete the following steps:

1. On the GovWin Capture Management splash screen that displays when you launch GovWin Capture Management, click Do not load Startup Application.
2. Log on to GovWin Capture Management.
3. Hold down the SHIFT and CTRL keys while you click the Dashboard link.

   All of your Web dashparts display but GovWin Capture Management does not load their content.

4. Delete (or hide) the Web dashpart that caused the problem.
