Use the Options tab of an individual audit report to select the date range and other options before you run the report. You can also save sets of options for reuse. With a few exceptions, the Options tab is available for nearly all audit reports.

| Date Range

Select the start and end dates of the date range for which you want to report on record insertions, updates, and deletions.
If you do not specify a date range, the report is not filtered based on the modification date. You can also specify only one date. For example, if you select a start date but no end date, the report includes all modifications dated on or after the start date.

| Modification User
|
To filter the report to only include modifications made by one or more specific users, select their user names.

| Operation Type
|
By default, the report includes all operations. To only include audit information for a single type of operation, select one of these options:
Delete,
Insert, or
Update.
