Display the Calculated Fields Dialog Box
Display the Calculated Fields dialog box to create or modify calculated fields for use on reports.

On the Navigation pane, select

- On the Reporting form, click the Reports tab and select a report from the list.
- Depending on the report, click either the Columns tab or the Columns & Groups tab and navigate to the Columns grid.
- In the Columns grid, click +New Calculation to create a new calculated field or to modify an existing one.
