Search Dialog Box

Use the Search dialog box to create a new search or update an existing search's criteria. Depending on the application where selected, this dialog box displays when you select + New Search or Search from the Select Searches List or a lookup.

The Search dialog box includes both basic and advanced features that allow you to use the Search Criteria grid to build a search that matches your requirements. Your search can include multiple criteria and rows, operators, and groups that allow you to use "And" and "Or" conditions.

After building the search, you have the option to preview the list of search results or a subset of the results.
