Define Project Stages for Proposals

When a new project record is created in the Projects hub, a "stage" is assigned to the project. Stages may include You can create a new proposal from a project with a Stage that is set to In Pursuit.

Your administrator defines the list options for project stages in Settings > Labels and Lists > Lists . A description and code are entered for each list option, and then the options are mapped to one of the project stages that is listed in the Step drop-down. The list options that are mapped to the In Pursuit stage for a project will result in those projects being available to select as the Project to include when creating a new proposal.
