Proposal Templates
A template serves as the basis, or starting point, for a new proposal. You and members of your firm can create templates that are pre-formatted to include particular styles, layouts, and information that can be saved and re-used on proposals.
You can create templates from scratch or from existing proposals that are saved and modified for use as templates. After saving, templates can be shared with and used by other proposal team members, saving you time when generating proposals and helping you create cohesive content and a consistent message for your firm.
In addition to templates, you can create master elements that group a set of proposal elements together for reuse. For example, records, text boxes, and images can be grouped and saved together and then placed on both proposals and templates. This is helpful for quickly and efficiently creating proposals that have similar layouts and information.
