Export to PDF Dialog Box

This dialog box displays when records that are selected for export are still in draft mode.

Draft records are useful for proposals that are sent to team members for review, but these drafts will continue to be updated as the records are changed. If you attempt to export a proposal that includes draft records, you will be prompted to finalize them in the Export to PDF dialog box.

Finalizing records is not required, but is recommended before sending a proposal to a client so the proposal content does not change after it has been sent.

The exported file opens in your browser. Your browser settings determine how the file is opened. For example, if the file is exported as a PDF, it will open in a browser tab or in Adobe Acrobat depending on your browser settings.
