Display the Format Number Dialog Box

Display this dialog box from the Proposals or Reporting applications.

To display the Format Number dialog box:

1. In the Navigation pane, go to the Proposals section and open the desired proposal.
2. In the Navigation pane, go to the Proposals section and select General Elements.
3. Insert a record into the proposal.
4. Insert a text box into the record.
5. Double-click in the text box to open the Edit Text dialog box.
6. Click the Insert Fields toolbar button.
7. Select number fields to add to the proposal.
8. Click the number link in the All Selected Fields column to open the dialog box.
