Use the UD Values One subtask to add or delete user-defined field 1 values. You can set one user-defined value per code as the default for the field 1 values.

Enter a 10 digit, uppercase, alphanumeric, user-defined value code. Each code must be unique.

Enter up to 30 characters for the user-defined value description. The description must be unique and properly capitalized because it is used in drop-down boxes and as column headings for reports and inquiries.

Select this check box if you to want to set one code as the default for the user-defined field 1 value.
