Print Charge Activity Report

Project managers use this inquiry screen to review the activity of their charges and to drill down through the details of labor charges. You can also print a subtotal report for all or selected charges viewed.

Criteria Tab of the Charge Activity Screen
Use the Criteria tab to select the search criteria for the drill-down results and report.
Charge Activity Results - Summary Level Tab of the Charge Activity Screen
The Results tab displays the charge activity results in a succession of drill-downs based on the criteria selected. If you select no Drill Down options in the Criteria tab, the Charge Summary results display with the option of drilling to the charge details.
Results - Drill Down Levels of the Charge Activity Screen
If you select to include a drill-down option from the Drill Down Options area of the Criteria tab, the Results tab displays the additional drilled-down data within the detailed results.

If you select to include a column from the Additional Detail Column area of the Criteria tab, the Results tab displays the additional data within the detailed results.
Print Charge Activity Report
You can print charge activity from any of the drill-down levels displayed in the Results tab. The numerous print variations of the Charge Activity report are generated using the following options.
