You can export expense reports to financial systems like Deltek GCS and Deltek Costpoint. Aside from this, you can also export calculated expense amounts to Deltek Costpoint. It is also possible to import expenses that employees will claim. Also, you can calculate advances, expense authorizations, and expense report commitments which you can export to Costpoint.

    It is possible to export expense reports and advances to staging tables. Use the Export Transformer to transfer information from staging tables to Deltek GCS and Deltek Costpoint systems.
  • Export Commitments
    Use the Export Commitments screen after the expense report, expense authorization, and advance amounts have been calculated from the Compute Commitments screen, and you are ready to export calculated expense amounts to Costpoint 7 or later.
  • Manage Batch Expense
    Use the Manage Batch Expense screen to import expenses that employees will claim later.
  • Compute Commitments
    Use the Compute Commitments screen to calculate advance, expense authorization, and expense report commitments in preparation for exporting those amounts to Costpoint, where an accrual journal entry is created.
