Location Dependents/Beneficiaries Screen

To display the Dependents/Beneficiaries screen, complete the following steps:

  1. In the Self-Service module, click Payroll & Benefits > Dependents/Beneficiaries.
  2. Or access the screen as part of the Life Events and Benefits Enrollment process.

    If you access this screen from the menu, you can view active and inactive dependents and beneficiaries. You can also update dependent/beneficiary information including first name, middle name, last name, SSN/government ID, address, and telephone.

    If you access this screen from the Life Event or Benefit Enrollment processes, you can add a new dependent/beneficiary, edit all information for a dependent/beneficiary, or inactivate an existing dependent/beneficiary.
