Use the Spouse Life screen to set up life insurance for your spouse.
Spouse Life Insurance

| Current Plan |
This field displays the name of your spouse's current plan.

| Current Coverage Amount |
This field displays your spouse's current benefit coverage amount.
|
| Current <Frequency> |
This field displays your current deduction amount per pay period for the plan (for example, the premium per month if you are paid monthly).
If this field contains a negative (cash back) amount, you will see the message "Negative numbers displayed indicate a "Cash Back" option."

This field may contain a hyperlink, labeled Website. Click on the hyperlink to see information about your plan elections. If no link is set up, N/A displays instead.

| New Plan |
Use the drop-down list to select a new plan.
The New Coverage Amount, New <Frequency>, and New Plan Information values are based on the New Plan selection. If you change the New Plan selection, the New column values will be refreshed.

This table will display if you have a spouse set up in set up on the Dependents/Beneficiaries screen.
