Use the Year, Quarter, and Period options at the top of the tab to change the analysis period reflected in the analytics:
Year — Select this option to set the analysis period for most of the analytics to year to date through the current fiscal period.
Quarter — Select this option to set the analysis period for most of the analytics to quarter to date through the current fiscal period.
Period — Select this option to set the analysis period for most of the analytics to the current fiscal period.
Exceptions:
Backlog data is always project inception to date, rather than year or quarter to date.
The AR amounts are always as of the current date, and the DSO value is always as of the end of the period displayed in Current Period.
Risk data is always as of the end of the current fiscal period, so the data in the Projects at Risk table is the same no matter which option you select.
The current pipeline amounts in the Pipeline summary analytics are always as of the latest date that GovWin Capture Management data was loaded into the Capture Analytics data model, so the data in the Pipeline table is the same no matter which analysis period option you select.
If you go from the Summary Dashboard to the detailed analytics, Costpoint Analytics applies the analysis period from the summary analytics to the detailed analytics.
