Data Item |
Description |
Stage pipeline amounts |
When you analyze pipeline based on stage, the pipeline amount in each table row is the sum of unweighted or weighted pipeline amounts for opportunities currently assigned to that stage. |
Probability range pipeline amounts |
When you analyze pipeline based on probability ranges, the pipeline amount in each table row is the sum of unweighted or weighted pipeline amounts for opportunities that have a probability that falls within that probability range. |
Pipeline amount range pipeline amounts |
When you analyze pipeline based on pipeline amount ranges, the pipeline amount in each table row is the sum of unweighted or weighted pipeline amounts for opportunities that have a pipeline amount that falls within the amount range for that row. |
Relative percentage |
The percentage of the total pipeline amount represented by the pipeline amount in that table row: (Pipeline amount for the stage or range ÷ Total pipeline amount in the Total row of the table) × 100 |
Count |
The number of opportunities in each table row that are currently assigned to that stage or that have a probability or pipeline amount within that range. |
Total pipeline amount |
The total row displays the sum of the stage or range pipeline amounts. |
Total count |
The total row displays the sum of the opportunity counts for the stages or ranges. |

By default, the Current Pipeline Amount and Count table breaks down pipeline by stage, but you also have the option to analyze it by either set of pipeline amount ranges or by probability range.
To change the analysis option, do either of the following in the first column of the table:
Click to cycle through the options one at a time.
Right-click to select an option from a menu.
When you change the option, that change also applies to the Current Pipeline Amount chart and the Current Pipeline Count chart.
Click to display the table at its maximum size so you can read it and interact with it more easily. Click to restore the table to its original size and location on the tab.
You can narrow the focus of this table by selecting one or more rows in the table. To do that, click on the first row, hold down the left mouse button, and drag the selection down the list until the rows you want are selected.
If you focus the table on selected stages or ranges, Capture Analytics applies the same change, as appropriate, to all other analytic objects.
To sort the table based on the values in one of the columns, double-click the column heading for that column.
To change the sort order from ascending to descending or from descending to ascending, double-click the column heading of the current sort column.
