Projects Dashboard

The Projects dashboard offers a one-stop enterprise-level view of the financial performance of your firm's projects, including revenue, costs, profit, backlog, AR, and unbilled revenue.

From the enterprise level, you can drill into the data by company, organization, client, project type, top-level project manager, and even top-level project. The dashboard also provides a tool for highlighting top and bottom performers, based on dimensions and metrics that you select.

  • Revenue Chart
    The Revenue bar chart on the Projects tab displays project revenue by period for the current fiscal year.
  • Cost Chart
    The Cost bar chart on the Projects tab displays project cost by period for the current fiscal year.
  • Profit Chart
    The Profit bar chart on the Projects tab displays project profit by period for the current fiscal year.
  • Backlog Chart
    The Backlog bar chart on the Projects tab displays project backlog as of the end of each period in the current fiscal year. Position the mouse pointer over a bar to display the actual backlog amount in a tooltip.
  • AR Chart
    The AR stacked bar chart on the Projects tab displays project accounts receivable as of the end of each period in the current fiscal year. Each segment of a bar represents the amount for one of four aging ranges: Current (0 - 30 days), 31 - 60, 61 - 90, and 90+. Position the mouse pointer over a bar segment to display the actual AR amount for that segment.
  • Unbilled Chart
    The Unbilled bar chart on the Projects tab displays unbilled project revenue as of the end of each period in the current fiscal year. Position the mouse pointer over a bar to display the actual unbilled revenue amount.
  • High/Low Analysis Table
    The High/Low Analysis table at the bottom of the Projects tab enables you to quickly review information for your best or worst "performers." You select the type of performer (a dimension), the metric by which performance is measured, and the number of dimension values you want to display in the table.
  • Metric Values by Selected Dimension Chart
    The bar chart at the bottom of the Projects tab displays metric values by dimension value. You select the metric and dimension you want to analyze. Position the mouse pointer over a bar to display the actual metric value.
