- Select Filter Values
CFO Dashboards provides filter lists that you can use to focus the dashboards on specific sets of data (data for a particular organization, for example). - Search for a Filter Value
To locate filter values that you want to apply to the dashboards, it may be quicker to search the list, rather than scrolling, and then select the values from the search results. - Clear Filter Selections
If you have applied filters to the dashboards, you have several options if you want to clear some or all of those filters. - Use Cycle Icons

To display the view again, you simply select the bookmark. - Extract or Share Dashboard Data
CFO Dashboards offers a variety of ways you can extract dashboard data for your own use or to send to others. You can also share data by sending a link to a specific view of the dashboards to coworkers or by inviting coworkers to share an interactive CFO Dashboards session. - Add and Display Notes
You can attach your own notes to charts, tables, or lists. You can also take a snapshot of the dashboards and save it along with the note to provide context. Other users with access to the dashboards can display those notes, use the snapshot to view the dashboards as they appeared when the note was saved, and add their comments to the notes, including their own snapshot of the data. - Perform Basic Actions on the iPad
When you access CFO Dashboards on the AppleĀ® iPadĀ®, the appearance is much the same as on a laptop or desktop computer. However, primarily because of the absence of a mouse, how you interact with the dashboards on an iPad differs from how you interact with them on a laptop or desktop computer.
