Email a Link to the Current View of the Dashboards

You can email a link to the current view of CFO Dashboards. The recipients, if they have the necessary security access, can display the analytics as they looked when you generated the email.

To email a link to the current view of the dashboards, complete the following steps:

1. Do either of the following:
   • On the toolbar, click More, and, on the submenu, click Mail with Bookmark as a Link.

   • Right-click anywhere on the dashboard except on a chart, table, or list, and click Mail with Bookmark as a Link on the shortcut menu.

2. In the email form containing a URL link to the current analytics, complete the necessary information, and send the email.
