Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Loading Security and Budget Templates

Use this procedure to load your Costpoint Analytics Security and Budget templates into the cloud.

Deltek uses Costpoint's Alternate File Location feature to load the templates into the cloud. After the templates are loaded into the Costpoint Alternate File Location, they will be processed into Costpoint Analytics when the next data load kicks off.

To load Costpoint Analytics Security and Budget templates:

  1. Log into Costpoint.
  2. Navigate to any function.

    The File Upload option is grayed out if you are in the main menu.

  3. Click Process > File Upload to open up the File Upload Manager dialog box.

  4. Use the Browse button to find the file you want to upload.
  5. Select appropriate Costpoint Analytics Alternate File Location, and click Upload.
