Costpoint Email Redirect Feature

The Costpoint email redirect feature allows you to re-direct all outgoing emails to a designated email address.

This is useful while you are implementing Costpoint and do not want emails to be sent to employees. It is also useful when working with systems in the Development Environment. You can configure the Email Redirect feature in each Costpoint system.

To use this feature navigate to the Company Settings screen in Costpoint, and enter a valid email address in the E-mail Redirect field.

Note: If you request a database refresh, the source Costpoint system will determine what is populated into the E-mail Redirect field upon completion of the database refresh.
