Timesheet Adjustments

Use the screens in the Timesheet Adjustments application group to perform and create adjustments on employee timesheets.

Apply Timesheet Adjustments in Batch Mode

Use the Apply Timesheet Adjustments in Batch Mode screen to auto-adjust Regular (R) type timesheets that have not been posted to the G/L, or been computed or posted to payroll, for an individual employee or a group of employees falling within a specific date range in a batch mode.

Apply Weighted Average Rates To Timesheets

Weighted average rate is a rate that is calculated by adding the labor amount from several timesheet lines and dividing that sum by the total number of hours from those timesheet lines.

Recast Overtime Premium to Timesheet Lines

Overtime premium recast enables you to reassign the premium portion of overtime charges to a specific recast project, account, and/or pay type that is different from the charge accounts noted on the original timesheet.

Allocate Compensated Overtime Across Timesheet Lines

Use the Allocate Compensated Overtime Across Timesheet Lines screen to allocate the overtime premium portion for a non-exempt employee across timesheet lines. Timesheets that have had payroll computed, or that have been posted to Costpoint Leave or Labor, are excluded from this process.

Create Employee Allowance Timesheet Lines

Use the Create Employee Allowance Timesheet Lines screen to generate allowances for qualified employees as determined by the existence of the allowance codes on the Manage Employee Allowances screen.

Delete Timesheet Adjustments

Use the screens in the Delete Timesheet Adjustments application group to delete or reverse adjustment timesheet lines generated from other screens.
