Use the Assign PLCs subtask to view assigned PLCs to project/employee combinations.

| Field | Description |

| Transaction Type | This non-editable field displays the type of modification for the transaction. The types are:

| Transaction Source | The transaction source field displays the application where the update to the audit record originated. |
| Modified By | This non-editable field displays the user ID (Costpoint login ID) of the system user who made the modification shown in this transaction. |
| Date Modified | This non-editable field displays the date on which the modification took place. |
| Employee | This non-editable field displays the employee ID for the employee whose record was modified. |
| Project | This field displays the project workforce assignment of the employee. |
| PLC | This field displays the PLC for the project/employee combination. |
| PLC Description | This field displays the name of the selected PLC. |
| Default PLC | This checkbox indicates if the PLC was set as the default value in the timesheet when the employee charges time to the project. |
| Start Date | This field displays the starting date of this workforce record. |
| End Date | This field displays the ending date of this workforce record. |
