Purge Audit File Data
Use this screen to purge data from the payroll audit trail tables.
Data is purged only by date. Purging of data results in permanent loss of that audit trail data.
Use this screen whenever you want to clear any or all of the payroll audit trail tables.
Multi-state tax functionality was added to a number of applications to allow the proper calculation of withholdings for employees who work in multiple states in a single pay period. Since the new tables have been created, this application now purges data from additional tables: EMPL_TAX_MULTI_ADT, EMPL_E_STATE_ADT, and EMPL_PR_STATE_ADT.
