Use the Properties subtask to view information on the properties being issued to the vendor employee.

| Item | This field displays the code for the item being issued to the vendor employee. |
| Item Description | This field displays the item description. |
| Quantity | This field displays the number of items being issued. |
| Ownership | This indicates whether the item is Company Issued or Customer Furnished. |
| Issue Date | This field displays the date on which the item was issued. |
| Return Date | This field displays the item return date, if applicable. |
| Warehouse | This field displays the name of the warehouse where the item is stored. |
| Stock Number | This field displays the stock number for the item. |
| Asset No | This field displays the asset number associated with the item. |
| Item No | This field displays the item number. |
| Other | This field displays additional notes about the item being issued. |
