Convert Race/Ethnicity Codes to New Race Codes
Use this toolkit to convert existing employee race codes to the new race/ethnicity codes entered into the Manage Race and Ethnicity Codes screen.
For example, if you create a race/ethnicity code called ASIAN, you can use this utility to assign that code to any employee with a value of of A (Asian) in the S_RACE_CODE column on the EMPL table .
You can also convert the races assigned to applicants in the Applicant Data table. You can use this toolkit anytime you update the Race/Ethnicities table.
