Manage Projects for Export

Use the Manage Projects for Export application to flag Costpoint Projects as Time Collection projects, Expense projects, or Time & Expense projects, which will then be exported to Deltek Time Collection 5.x or greater when you execute the Export Data to Deltek Time & Expense application.

You can also flag projects for export to Deltek Time Collection or Time & Expense by selecting the appropriate Export Project value on the Manage Project User Flow.

Note: This application is available if you are licensed for Deltek Time Collection and you selected the Time Collection 5.x option or greater in the Deltek Time & Expense group box on the Corporate Labor Settings subtask of the Configure Labor Settings screen. It is also available if you are licensed for Deltek Employee Expense and you selected the Time Collection 6.x option or greater in the Deltek Time & Expense group box on the Corporate Labor Settings subtask of the Configure Labor Settings screen.

Display the Manage Projects for Export Screen

You access the Manage Projects for Export screen from the People domain.

Table Information for the Manage Projects for Export Screen

Changes to the Manage Projects for Export screen update the PROJ table.
