Inquiries

Use the screens under Inquiries to view your account and general ledger activity, and to compare the actual general ledger activity to your budget activity.

Compare General Ledger Actual To Budget Activity

Use this screen to view year-to-date general ledger information and budget information entered on the Manage Organization/Account Budgets screen. You can compare the ledger information to your year-to-date budget data, if any, and to the prior year's year-to-date balances. This screen also displays the variance between your actual and budgeted data.

View Account Activity

Use the View Account Activity screen to review postings made to the General Ledger. You can create inquiries for either one or multiple periods by account ID or by project ID. Line items describe the transactions posted to either the account or to the project.

View General Ledger Activity

Use this screen to view summary and detail general ledger information for account/organization combinations. The screen displays information from summary balance tables, and you can drill down to additional detail information.

Financial Statement Inquiry

Use this screen to view summary and detailed information of your balance sheets or income statements for a given fiscal year.

Financial Statement Comparison Inquiry

Use this screen to view summary and line information of your balance sheets or income statements for a specified period and compare it with historical data.

Financial Anomaly Analysis

Use this screen to review and investigate variances in your financial data flagged by Dela.

View Journal Entries

Use this screen to view journal entry transactions.

Revenue Reconciliation Inquiry

Use this screen to view and compare general ledger revenue with project revenue for a selected period.
