General Shipper Tab
Use the General Shipper tab to provide basic shipment details.
Ship To Address

Enter, or click ! to select, the name of the recipient. |
| Deliver To |
Enter the name of the delivery recipient. |
| Address 1-3 |
Enter, or click ! to select, the delivery address. |
| City Name |
Enter, or click ! to select, the city for the ship-to address. |
| State |
Enter, or click ! to select, the state for the ship-to address. |
| Zip Code |
Enter, or click ! to select, the zip code for the ship-to address. |
| Country |
Enter, or click ! to select, the country for the ship-to address. |
| Notes |
Enter notes related to the shipper. |
| Print Notes |
Select this checkbox to print the notes related to the shipper. |
