Print 1094-Cs

Use the Print 1094-Cs screen to print 1094-C reports for taxable entities as part of the IRS reporting requirements for Applicable Large Employers (ALE).

The screen provides the following options:

  • Print 1094-C Forms with Data: Select this option from the Process Menu to save 1094-C Forms as PDF files. You must enter a file location for the PDF files if you want to use this option.
  • Print 1094-Cs Report Layout: Select this option from the Print Menu to report 1094-C data using the 2020 report layout. Select this option if you entered 2020 or later in the Calendar Year field. Use this option to print on pre-printed forms.
Note: Printing of Form 1094-C will no longer be supported if the specified calendar year is three years prior to the current form.
