The data that can be changed in this toolkit may significantly affect the calculation of depreciation. Very few users should need to run this toolkit.
This is a basic toolkit, by which data can be changed in your Asset Master records. Lookups are not available and validations are not performed.
Technically, you can run this toolkit, Update Current Depreciation Yr & Days/Pds Remaining, at any time. Because this toolkit changes data in the Asset Master records, which in turn may significantly affect the calculation of depreciation, timing is a major concern. You should run this toolkit only when instructed to do so by Deltek Support Services personnel.
