Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Custom Text Screen.

| Field | Description |

| Screen/Application | From the Screen/Application drop-down list, select the screen or application (Workflow, for example) where you want to add or edit custom text. |
| Page | From the Page drop-down list, select the page where you want to add the custom text. This field is enabled if you select either Benefits Enrollment or Life Event from the Screen/Application drop-down list. |
| Information Text | Enter the text that you want to display. |
