Dela Tab

Use the Dela tab to set options related to using machine learning to approve expense reports.

Auto Export

Field	Description
Auto Export Approved Expense Reports	Select this checkbox to enable Dela to automatically export expense reports upon approval. Costpoint automatically exports expense reports as soon as they are fully approved. Note: In stand-alone versions, the checkbox is disabled. Time & Expense automatically exports expense reports as soon as they are fully approved, including approvals completed by Dela, standard manual approval, or Interactive E-mail/Teams approval. Expense reports that require line–level approval are not exported until they have been fully approved. If line-level approval is optional, it is considered fully approved upon an overall approval. Note: Use fields on the Auto-Export Options tab of the Expense Settings screen to configure print options for exported expense reports.
