Use the fields and options to configure the Budget Analysis screen.

| Project | Enter, or click , to select the project ID. The Project Name displays. |
EACs Needing Update Subtask
After you select the project, click Execute to populate the data. This subtask identifies estimates at completion (EACs) marked as Final version that require updates to keep forecasts aligned with current project progress.
The table below describes the columns that display in the EACs Needing Update subtask.

| Project ID | This column displays the project ID. |
| Project Name | This column displays the project name. |
| Budget Type | This column displays the budget type of the project. |
| Version | This column displays the version number of the EAC. |
| Creation Date | This column displays the creation date of the EAC. |
| Last Closed Period | This column displays the last closed period of the EAC. |
| Current Period | This column displays the current period of the EAC. |
Pending Approvals Subtask
After you select the project, click Execute to populate the data. This subtask highlights project budget and EAC items that are awaiting approval.

Warnings Subtask
After you select the project, click Execute to populate the data. This subtask continuously evaluates project budgets to detect and categorize potential planning issues.
