TIMESHEET INFORMATION

Use this subtask to display the timesheet information that has been exported from Deltek Time & Expense and stored in Costpoint staging tables. This displays all timesheet information associated with the work assignments corresponding to the PO/Rlse on the invoice header.

PO Number, PO Release No

These fields display information from the header.

Vendor Employee

This field displays the vendor employee for which timesheet information has been entered.

Vendor Employee Name

This field displays the name of the vendor employee.

Work Assignment

This field displays the work assignment charge for which timesheet information has been entered.

PO Line

This field displays the PO line number associated with the work assignment charge lines for which timesheet information has been entered.

Vendor

This field displays the vendor for which the timesheet information has been entered.

Vendor Name

This field displays the name of the vendor.

Timesheet Date

This field displays the date on the timesheet.

Hours Date

This field displays the date when the actual labor hours were incurred.

Hours

This field displays the number of labor hours incurred.

Timesheet Type

This field displays the type of timesheet.

Pay Type

This field displays the pay type.

Labor Location

This field displays the location where the work was done.

GLC

This field displays the general labor category/job title indicated in the labor information.

PLC

This field displays the labor category for a project.

In Process

This field indicates whether the timesheet row has been included in an invoice or not.

Hold

This field indicates if the timesheet line is on hold, and will not be included in any invoice.

Timesheet Cell Notes

This is the notes associated with the timesheet line detail.

Timesheet Line Notes

This is the notes associated with the timesheet line.
