Hours Breakdown Subtask

This topic describes the information that displays in the Hours Breakdown subtask for the Active Level Reports.

The columns that display depends on the report type selected.

Column Headings	Description
Description	This column reflects your labor account descriptions, your direct cost account descriptions, and your indirect cost account descriptions.
Source	This column displays the source type (for example, Actual or Budget). This column displays the version number and version code of a budget/EAC if: The Report Type is Variance. The Report Type is Budget and you select the Combined check box for Hours Breakdown. The Report Type is What If.
YTD	This column displays year-to-date hour totals since the start of the fiscal year.
ITD	This column displays inception-to-date hour totals since the start of the project/task ID over time.
Committed	This column displays costs of unposted timesheets and the yet unfulfilled open purchase order amounts.
Month/Year	These columns start with the most current closed period and then show the past six periods of data.
