Labor Cost Analysis

Use this screen to display labor cost information by employee for all costs charged to the projects to which you have access rights.

Report Type

Select the type of report you want to display. Choose from the following options:

If you select Budget or Variance, only budget/EAC versions that are marked as final on the Project Budgets / EACs screen are included in the report.

Project Type

If you selected the Cost report type, select one of the following project types:

Budget Type

If you selected the Budget or Variance Type, select one of the following from the drop-down list:

EAC displays in the drop-down list only if an EAC exists for the project.

Include Expired

Choose from the following options:

Details

Select the Combined check box to display combined lower level project details in the grid. When this check box is selected, no changes to the current behavior except the FY/Period columns are driven by the Date Range selected in the header.

Date Range

This is a required field. Click the calendar icon to set the date range that will drive the FY/Period columns displayed on the report.

Subtask

Details

Click the Details link to display the Description,Project Name, ITD Cost, Project Name, Source, Pending Cost, and Total Cost for the Projects budgeted within the selected Date Range.

The only projects that display are those to which you have access based on Org security and project reporting rights.
