Use Benefits to perform three related but distinct functions:

You can establish benefit plans and benefit packages and link them to employee qualifying events and employee dependents/beneficiaries.

Use Benefits to control processing for dependent care and medical care flexible spending accounts. After you enter general flexible spending account information, you can link flexible spending accounts to specific employees who can, in turn, request reimbursement. You can update, add, or delete employee information using a single convenient application screen. You can also track medical test/exam information that your company may require for all or some of its employees.
