Use this subtask to view and assign RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) information such as RFID container types, quantities, and codes on the sales order lines. You can also use this subtask to generate RFIDs for specific line items.
This field displays the sales order number from the main screen.
Select this check box to display the UID column in the table window.
From the drop-down list, select the container type to default for each line in the table window:
Pallet
Case
UID Item
From the drop-down list, select a particular pack layer to generate RFIDs.
From the drop-down list, select the pack layer to be removed or added on the table window.
This field displays the sales order line number for the selected line.
This field displays the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) from the SO line.
This field displays the inventory unit of measure for the item.
Enter the number of RFIDs for each container.
This field displays Y (Yes) if the line requires a unique item identifier (UID) for iRAPT purposes, or N (No) if it does not. If this field is Y and the line does not have a UID, Costpoint displays a warning. Set this flag on the Manage Sales Orders screen.
Enter the RFID code for the pack layer and issue line in the shipment. Up to five container type layer columns can be displayed depending on your selection on the Show Pack Layer drop-down list.
From the drop-down list, select the container type for RFID generation. Up to five container type layer columns can be displayed. Each pack layer can contain rows with different RFIDs with same or different container types.
This field displays the line item number.
This field displays the item revision number
This field displays the item's description.
If you selected the Show UID check box, this field displays the UID; otherwise, You cannot view this field.
Click this button to load the sales order issue lines associated with the issues on the main screen.
Click this button to generate RFIDs for one or more issue lines. This action generates RFIDs for all issue lines on the subtask except those marked as deleted. If an RFID exists for an issue line, Costpoint does not include the issue line in the process.
Click this button to add a duplicate line below an sales order issue line you select. You can use this to split a total issue quantity that is shipped in separate RFID containers. You need to adjust RFID quantity in each duplicate line according to the quantity in each RFID container. The sum of the RFID quantities you adjust must match the sum of the issued quantity included in this shipment for the same SO line.
