Use this subtask to view the other parts designated as belonging to the selected part's product family. Product family parts are defined on the Manage Item Billings screen in Product Definition. Typically, you can use one part (MPS planned) to enter forecasts and create planned orders for multiple sales order product parts. By linking the parts, you can use a sales order for one of the parts to consume the forecast for the planning part.
This application displays all parts listed on the Manage Item Billings screen that list the part entered on the main screen as the MPS Planning Part.
This field displays the part ID.
This field displays the part revision number.
This field displays the part description.
This field displays the part's unit of measure.
This field displays the MPS planning code for the schedule selected on the main screen (P is the code for the "official" MPS Production plan; other codes represent "what-if" plans).
This field displays the ID of the part eligible to be listed on a sales order.
This field displays the revision number of the sales order part.
This field displays the description of the row's sales order part.
This field displays the standard model number for this sales order part. This field is defined on the Manage Item Billings screen in Costpoint Product Definition.
This field displays the National Stock Number for the sales order part; it is set up on the Manage Parts screen in Costpoint Product Definition.
This field displays the selling description for the part. This field is defined on the Manage Item Billings screen in Costpoint Product Definition.
This field displays the total quantity, in the part's default or inventory unit of measure), of open sales order quantities for the sales order part and the header projects and warehouse. Pending sales orders are not included unless the Configure Material Requirements Planning Settings screen specifies that they should be included (the Pending Sales Orders check box is selected in the Include as Demand group box).
