Use this screen to record information about funding changes not yet part of the distributed Performance Measurement Baseline, but significantly impacts Earned Value to warrant inclusion as Reprogramming Adjustments.
In the case where Cost and/or Schedule Variance thresholds have been compromised, you will be required to enter corrective action details in the Update/Approve PAR (E.P.I.6) screen.
In this screen, you can view and edit Est. Cost Authorized Unpriced Work, Date of OTB/OTS, Cost Variance, Schedule Variance, and Budget for Raw Cost, Overhead, Cost of Money, and G&A. The information you entered is reported as pending changes to funding that will be incorporated into a new verson of the budget.
