Use this subtask to enter or view documents attached to the routing line number. If you selected the Use Separate Routing Release Function check box in the Routings Settings screen, the New Line function will be disabled in this subtask.
You can assign documents in this table window when you click the New Record button on the toolbar; however, this table window displays documents that are assigned to parts in the Parts User Flow screen in Costpoint Product Definition. You can also assign documents in the Maintain Documents screen.
Enter, or click to select, the document ID to which this routing is linked. This required field of up to 30 alphanumeric characters must be a valid document ID from the Maintain Documents screen.
Enter, or click to select, the document revision code for this document. This optional field of up to three alphanumeric characters must be a valid revision code from the Maintain Documents screen.
Enter, or click to select, the type for this document. This required field of up to six alphanumeric characters must be a valid type from the Document Types screen.
This column displays the document name. You can also click to select a document name.
This column displays the location of the document, as defined in the in the Documents menu in Materials, Configure menu. Select the Open File button to access the document. This field is not modifiable on this screen.
This field displays the document status.
This check box is selected if this document is to be referenced on routing travelers for this part. The check box is clear if not.
Enter, or click to select, the date this document will be effective for the routing line. The current date defaults.
Enter, or click to select, the date this document will stop being effective for the routing line. This field is optional.
