On the Manage Purchase Requisitions (PPMNTRQ1) screen, log in using a different user ID from Scenario A.
When you query any of the requisitions created in Scenario A or other requisitions where the requisitioner's organization IDs previously saved were not authorized for the logged-in user, the results are filtered based on the logged-in user rights to the requisitioner's organization ID regardless of their link to the requisition line.
In the Accounting Defaults of the header section when you create a new requisition, Costpoint will validate user rights as authorized for the Inventory Abbrev with a material organization ID as well as a project with an owning organization ID. If your logged-in user ID is not authorized for both, Costpoint displays the following error messages: "Your user ID does not have access to the Organization linked to this Inv Abbrev [Inv Abbrev ID]." and "Your user ID does not have access to the Project's Owning Organization linked to this Project [Project ID]."
