Use this subtask to view project/account/organization information for the purchase order (PO) line associated with the charge line selected on the Charges subtask. All fields default from the Accounts subtask of the Manage Purchase Orders screen and cannot be edited.
Project
This field displays the project that will receive charges for the PO line.
Project Name
This field displays the project name.
Proj Abbrev
This field displays the project abbreviation.
Account
This field displays the account that will receive charges for the PO line.
Account Name
This field displays the account name.
Proj Acct Abbrev
This field displays the account abbreviation.
Organization
This field displays the organization that will receive charges for the PO line.
Organization Name
This field displays the organization name.
Org Abbrev
This field displays the organization abbreviation.
Ref 1
This field displays the first reference number associated with the PO line.
Ref 2
This field displays the second reference number associated with the PO line.
Allocation
This field displays the percentage amount of the item in the PO line to be charged to the project/account/organization. The default is 100%.
Amount
This field displays the amount of the item in the PO line to be charged to the project/account/organization.
