This field displays the identification code of the document assigned to the requisition header.
This field displays the revision of this document.
This field displays this document's type.
This field displays the descriptive name of this document.
This field indicates where this document is stored on the network.
If this document was not established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen in Costpoint Bills of Material, this field displays its status. The system-defined options are:
Unreleased
Released
Obsolete
If this document was established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen in Costpoint Bills of Material, this field displays the document size.
If this document was established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen in Costpoint Bills of Material, this field displays the document media code.
If this document was established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen in Costpoint Bills of Material, this field displays the document CAGE (Contractor and Government Entity) code.
If this document was established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen in Costpoint Bills of Material, this field displays the number of sheets in the document.
If this document was established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen in Costpoint Bills of Material, this field displays the organization assigned to the document.
If this document was established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen in Costpoint Bills of Material, this field displays the document maintenance group.
If this document was established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen in Costpoint Bills of Material, this field displays Y (Yes) if the document is referenced on an engineering change notice (ECN) that is pending. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).
If this document was established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen in Costpoint Bills of Material, this field displays the last ECN associated with this document. You can access ECN information in Costpoint Engineering Change Notices.
