Use this subtask to establish contact names, titles, telephone numbers, and comments for a branch location.

Sequence

Enter a unique sequence number containing up to five numeric characters. The sequence number enables the same contact to exist with multiple numbers and/or extensions. Costpoint sorts the sequence numbers entered in ascending order.

Last Name

Enter the last name of the contact for this branch location address, up to 25 alphanumeric characters.

First Name

Enter the first name of the contact for this branch location address, up to 20 alphanumeric characters.

Title

Enter the title of the contact person, up to 25 alphanumeric characters.

Phone No

Enter a telephone number for this contact, up to 25 alphanumeric characters.

Fax No

Enter a fax number for this contact, up to 25 alphanumeric characters.

Other No

Enter up to 25 alphanumeric characters of additional contact information (for example, pager number or web site URL) for this contact.

Comments

Enter up to 254 alphanumeric characters of comments about this contact.
