Use this subtask to establish information for services that are sold outside of the company. This subtask allows you to create a subset of services to sell to your customers. This subtask is not required. You can also access this information on the Manage Item Billings screen.
Services used in this subtask must have previously been set up on the main screen.
After items are established on this screen, they are available for entry as price catalog items on the Manage Price Catalogs screen.
This screen contains two tabs:
Basic Information — Use this tab to enter basic information regarding services to be sold.
Shipping Information — Use this tab to enter shipping information for services to be sold.
