This field displays the selected security group.
Enter, or click to select, the part that is linked to the security group.
Enter, or click to select, the revision of the part that is linked to the security group.
This field displays the description of the part/revision.
This field displays the status of the part/revision.
This field indicates the export control type that applies to this part/revision, as defined on the Manage Parts application.
This field displays the U.S. Munitions List (USML) code that is assigned to the part/revision, as defined on the Manage Parts application. If populated, this indicates that the part/rev is controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
This field displays the Export Control Classification Number assigned to the part/revision, as defined on the Manage Parts application. If populated, this indicates that the part/rev is controlled by the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
This indicates whether or not the part/revision is defined as a Significant Military Equipment item in the USML.
Select the whether the part/rev is Active or Inactive.
This field displays the date when the part's Part Data Security Status was initially made Active for this security group, or subsequently changed from Inactive to Active.
This field displays the date when the part's Part Data Security Status was made Inactive for this security group.
These fields display the part export control user-defined fields as specified on the Manage Security User-Defined Labels application.
