The field information in this group box loads from the Customer Details and Header Info tabs of the Manage Sales Order screen.
This field displays the last name of the sales contact.
This field displays the first name of the sales contact.
This field displays the telephone number of the sales contact.
This field displays the fax number of the sales contact.
This field displays the customer purchase order or delivery order number.
This field displays the modification number of customers that change their original order.
This field displays the prime contract number for the project to charge. The prime contract number is entered on the Manage Project User Flow screen in Project Setup.
This field displays the Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) rating for the project to charge, if any, for the project on the Government Contract subtask of the Manage Project User Flow screen.
The field information in this group box loads from the Accounts tab of the Manage Sales Order screen.
This field displays the accounts receivable account. Each line on the sales order can charge a different sales group abbreviation; however, all lines must charge the same accounts receivable account.
This field displays the designated organization for the accounts receivable account.
This field displays the designated accounts receivable project linked to the account and organization.
This field displays the first accounts receivable reference number assigned to the sales order.
This field displays the second accounts receivable reference number assigned to the sales order.
